We would like to inform you that we are very happy and how much we appreciated the work you have done as our Estate Agents during this last year.
We have met in the many other Agents in the surrounding areas, but very few take care of their clients and their needs, like you do.
Having been living in a very good location in Los Gigantes for the past 18 years and were looking for a change. We informed you of our requirements being that:It should be for better than one we had. The property should be near the sea and, if possible, not in a touristic resort. With you we found the house of our dreams. The private sales contract and the procedure were correct.
For legal requests or contacts you were always at our disposal to discuss matters on our behalf with the appropriate authorities, and any Spanish specialists. Unlike with other Agents we never had the impression that we had "put our money into the sand".
